Visiting Patients and Telephone Enquiries | Bermuda Hospitals Board

KEMH Information Desk

Call (441) 239-2001 for patient inquiries

We encourage visiting as it plays an important role in care and recovery. The information desk, located in the Acute Care Wing lobby, is staffed by Hospitals Auxiliary of Bermuda volunteers. The volunteers will assist visitors in locating patients.

Visitors and callers are asked to identify a patient by name when phoning or coming to the information desk. The receptionist will confirm the patient’s admission and location.

Inquiries concerning a patient’s condition will be transferred to the unit, where the nurse in charge may provide further information.

MWI Reception Desk

Call (441) 236-3770 for patient inquiries

The receptionist located in the main MWI lobby will assist visitors inquiring about inpatients.

Visitors and callers are asked to identify a client by name when phoning or coming to reception. Receptionists will confirm a client’s location once they have telephone confirmation from the ward that the client approves the visit.
