A Customs Clearance Clerk works under the direction of the Logistics & Supplies. Liaises with shippers, KEMH staff, prime vendors and local freight haulers to ensure rapid and accurate movement of shipped goods, both from and to vendors, through Customs. Accurately tracks the return of goods for credit, repair and replacement.

Responsibilities include liaising with vendors, managing reorder levels and quantities, generating purchase orders, monitoring status, reviewing receipts and managing variance reports.

What does a Mail Courier do?
A Mail Courier is responsible for providing messenger services for the hospital. Picks up and sorts letters, messages, packages, records, interoffice memoranda and other items and delivers them to various offices and departments. Picks up and delivers as required letters and packages to and from outside establishments. Other assignments at the discretion of the Materials Manager.
