Bermuda Hospitals Board Public Meetings

Attendees reminded there is a limit of 60 people per meeting

Bermuda Hospitals Board today reminded people attending its open house meetings that there is a limit of 60 people per meeting in its First Floor Conference Room. Once this number has been reached, people will be asked to come to one of the subsequent meetings. If public interest is high, additional meetings will be arranged for the following week to ensure all people who want to attend are able to.

Deputy CEO, Venetta Symonds, comments: “We understand that there is high interest in these meetings and that many interest groups have been emailing for people to attend. All we ask is that people are respectful of the patients and their visitors as they come to the hospital for the meeting. We have a limit of 60 people in our First Floor Conference Room and once we have reached this limit people will be ask to attend another meeting. We will put on additional meetings if there is enough interest.”

The meetings are all in the KEMH First Floor Conference Room:
· Thursday 21 September, 6.30pm to 7.30pm
· Friday 22 September, 5.30pm to 6.30pm
· Saturday 23 September, 10.00am to 11.00am
